Lynx is an ultra-low-cost airline and tickets start at $115 CAD one-way from Toronto or Montreal to Tampa Bay, all taxes and fees included.

Lynx Air’s first flight took place on April 7, 2022.
Today’s announcement brings the network to 17 destinations in North America, including 5 in the USA. Lynx operates a fleet of seven new Boeing 737s and plans to increase this to ten aircraft by the end of 2023 and 46 by 2028.

Lynx Air - Montreal-Tampa launch promotion
We ran a reservation with Lynx Air for a round trip between Montreal (YUL) and Tampa (TPA) during the 2023 holiday season.
For a trip from December 31, 2023 to January 7, 2024, a person could bask in the Florida sun for $253, round trip. This includes the promotional discount.
For a family of four, that would be a cheap vacation for $1,012.
Since this is an ultra-affordable airline, this includes the bare minimum; you have to pay extra for carry-on and checked baggage, priority boarding, seat selection, etc.
Those traveling with carry-on luggage only will be charged an additional fee for each flight. Same scenario if you travel with checked baggage, with slightly higher fees. Fees increase for each additional piece of checked baggage.
However, even with the addition of baggage fees, these flights are still extremely affordable when taking advantage of the promotion!
