Hilton Honors gives you up to 3,000 bonus points per stay completed between October 15 and December 31, 2026, thanks to the More Points to Play promotion: 3,000 points at luxury, lifestyle and resort hotels, and 1,000 points at all the others. Register before you complete your stay.

More Points to Play Promotion
With More Points to Play, every stay completed between October 15 and December 31, 2026 earns 3,000 bonus points at one of Hilton's 1,000+ luxury, lifestyle, resort or all-inclusive hotels, and 1,000 bonus points at any other hotel in the Hilton portfolio. You must register for the promotion before completing your stay. A stay that begins before October 15 still counts if it ends between October 15 and December 31, 2026. Keep in mind that group stays are excluded.
There is no limit to the total number of bonus points you can earn during this promotion, though some brands apply restrictions on the number of base points earned per stay. Bonus points do not count toward elite tier qualification and appear in your account 6 to 8 weeks after your stay. Hilton Honors – Other Current Offers
You can register for several Hilton offers at the same time. Keep in mind, however, that its terms state More Points to Play cannot be combined with certain other offers. Here are the other current offers:
- The Hilton Honors Status Match promotion: Gold status for 90 days, offered once to Base or Silver members who hold status in another hotel program, then 6 nights to keep it through March 31, 2028 or 12 nights to move up to Diamond
- 2x points on your stay with the 2X Points rate, for members only
- Up to 5,000 bonus points per stay at select new Hilton hotels, for stays of three nights or more
- Up to 5,000 bonus points and a discount on eligible car rentals with Alamo, Enterprise and National, for rentals completed by December 31, 2026

- For new members, up to 3,000 bonus points: 500 points on your first stay, 1,000 on your second and 1,500 on your third

Hilton Honors US Credit Card
If you hold a US credit card from Hilton Honors, you also earn bonus points on your spending at Hilton hotels, between 7 and 14 points per dollar with the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card.
I personally have this Hilton Honors credit card, which gives me Hilton Honors Diamond status.
With my Diamond status (100% bonus on base points) and my Hilton Aspire card (14 points per dollar), I earn 34 points per dollar on a Hilton stay. During the promotion, I add 3,000 or 1,000 bonus points per stay, depending on the hotel.

How do I register for the More Points to Play promotion?
Open the Hilton offer page, sign in to your Hilton Honors account and click the registration button. It is free. If you do not have an account yet, registering for the promotion automatically creates a membership for you.
How much are the bonus points worth?
At our valuation of 0.5 cents per point, 3,000 points are worth about $15 and 1,000 points about $5. The value goes up or down depending on the hotel where you redeem your points, so check our guide to the value of Hilton Honors points before you book.
Do I get the bonus points for every night?
No, the promotion pays its points per stay. Hilton counts all consecutive nights at the same hotel as one stay, even if you check out and check back in. A five-night stay therefore earns 3,000 or 1,000 points, not 15,000.
How do I know if my hotel earns 3,000 or 1,000 points?
Hilton publishes the full list of eligible Luxury, Lifestyle and Resort properties in the offer terms. A hotel that is not on that list earns you 1,000 points.
Are group stays eligible?
No, the offer excludes group stays. It also cannot be combined with certain other Hilton promotions, so read the terms of each offer before you book.
Do the bonus points help me earn Hilton status?
No, they do not count toward elite tier qualification. You earn Gold status with 25 nights, 15 stays or US$6,000 in eligible spend in a calendar year, or with no nights at all if you hold the American Express Platinum Card.
Can I register at the end of my stay?
No, Hilton requires you to register before completing a stay, and a stay completed before you register earns no bonus points. The safest approach is to register before you arrive at the hotel.
