Tips for Finding Flying Blue Flight Rewards

On the Air France KLM website, there is a tip to know when searching for 30 days using your Flying Blue Miles: don’t enter anything in the date field!

Air France Search Roundtrip Fr

This unlocks a hidden option: a 30-day flight reward calendar. As shown below:

You can then select the date with the best price in Flying Blue Miles and proceed with the booking.

Bottom Line

Promo Rewards are one of the best opportunities to use Flying Blue Miles: you can either save money on economy class flights or treat yourself to Air France KLM business class at a discounted fare.

What is a Promo Reward in the Flying Blue program?

A Promo Reward is a monthly offer from the Flying Blue loyalty program (Air France–KLM) that provides discounted award tickets, often up to 25% fewer miles on certain routes. These promotions apply to selected long-haul and short-haul flights and are published monthly by Flying Blue.

When and how can I book a Promo Reward?

Promo Rewards are announced monthly, generally on the first day of the validity period, and are available while supplies last. To take advantage of them, you must search and book via the Flying Blue website using your miles before the deadline indicated for each promotion.

Are Promo Rewards available to all Flying Blue members?

Yes, all Flying Blue program members can access Promo Rewards. However, some offers or booking classes may sometimes be reserved for Flying Blue Extra subscribers or subject to specific conditions depending on the destination.

Is it easy to find available dates at promo rates?

Availability at promo rates may vary from route to route and depending on demand. To maximize your chances, use the 30-day search (by leaving the date field empty on the Flying Blue website) to see all available dates and find the best offers in miles.
