Credit cards to get stay at these hotels

There are several credit cards that allow you to earn points for the 4 main hotel groups in Quebec and Ottawa which are

  • Marriott
  • Hilton Honors
  • Best Western
  • Accor Live Limitless

The Marriott Bonvoy® American Express®* Card allows you to earn Marriott Bonvoy points valid at all Marriott Group hotels – 7,000+ hotels worldwide.

These points can pay for 1 to 5 nights at hotels in Quebec or Ottawa.

In addition to the fact that American Express is a partner of Marriott Bonvoy, it also has the advantage of being a partner of the Hilton Honors hotel group, allowing you to use your Membership Rewards Points:

1,000 Membership Rewards points = 1,000 Hilton Honors points.

For example, the American Express® Gold Rewards Card allows you to earn Membership Rewards points. For every 1,000 Membership Rewards points, you’ll earn 1,200 Marriott Bonvoy points.

These points can be used as travel credit or can be transferred to different airline or hotel programs.

Finally, the American Express Cobalt® Card allows you to earn up to 30,000 Membership Rewards Points:

To stay at ALL (Accor Live Limitless) hotels and try to save on your stay, you will need to use a credit card that offers travel points and then apply those points to the hotel night on your card.
