I am currently in Singapore and soon in Saigon. Before making a more complete review of my flights soon, here are some pictures of my trip.

To learn more about preparing for this trip, please see this post.

We visited the new Odyssey Desjardins lounge which is used by Turkish Airlines. Good news as the National Bank lounge was getting tight. The lounge is also available to Priority Pass members.

Evening meal appetizer. I didn’t eat the rest, fell asleep very quickly 🙂

The Airbus A330-300 was relatively new (2.5 years old) but the colors of the Turkish Airlines cabin give it a retro look. On the other hand I slept very well.

Breakfast on Turkish Airlines after a 5 hours sleep.

The Turkish Airlines lounge in Istanbul. Huge, there are worse places to spend a long connection 🙂

We made a stop in the center of Istanbul during our connection. A beautiful city, I will come back to visit it more.

JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach room – The hotel opened in December 2016. Very well located with 3 metro stations nearby.

The Executive Lounge at the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach is truly the centerpiece. Very varied breakfast, nice decoration, a pleasant place to start your day or to rest during the day or in the early evening.
