You can use BMO Rewards points for all travel purchases made through the agency or website of your choice (plane tickets, hotels, rental cars, all-inclusive packages, Airbnb, etc.) or for rewards and gift cards on the BMO Rewards platform.

You have from the moment you incur the travel cost until 90 days after purchase to apply your points to that cost. 150 BMO Rewards points equals one dollar in credit on your credit card. So you get a $100 credit on your credit card in exchange for 15,000 points.

Since August 2, 2022, it is no longer possible to make a booking on the BMO Rewards website. BMO now allows you to purchase the trip yourself and then redeem the points as described above to reduce costs.
