Conclusion

Air Canada is making significant changes to modernize its reservation system. Let’s hope that more flexibility will be given to Aeroplan members, especially for complex itinerary online booking, going beyond the three routes offered by the “multi-city” function.

However, according to the last news, although it was possible to book advanced routings over the phone by feeding the agent with a list of desired flights, it would seem that this new system no longer allows that. From now on, the agent would only have access to what the system will give to him.

Before we jump to conclusions, let’s wait for the setting up of that new system next week.

But if you have an advanced itinerary in mind, book it before November 18th!
