Next winter, Air Canada will be offering flights from Canada to Santiago de Chile and Rio de Janeiro.

Travellers will be delighted by Air Canada’s new 2025-2026 winter offer, and these flights are already available for sale. These new destinations are awaiting approval from the aviation authorities.
Air Canada - Flights departing from Montreal
From December 16, 2025, passengers will be able to fly non-stop to Santiago de Chile (SCL), aboard a Boeing 787-8.

Air Canada - Flights from Toronto
Then, from December 4, 2025, passengers will once again be able to fly non-stop to Rio de Janeiro, aboard a Boeing 787-8. Interestingly, this route had ceased to exist in October 2016.
