To the point As of July 22, 2026, Aeroplan reward bookings on Calm Air flights move to aircanada.com and can combine with 50+ Aeroplan airline partners.

Aeroplan is simplifying reward bookings on Calm Air, the regional carrier serving Manitoba and Nunavut. Starting July 22, 2026, there’s no need to call Calm Air Reservations anymore: Aeroplan flight rewards book directly through aircanada.com, the Air Canada app, or by phone with Aeroplan, and these flights can now be combined with the program’s 50-plus airline partners.

What is actually changing

According to information provided by Aeroplan, three things change starting July 22, 2026:

  • A new booking channel. Aeroplan reward bookings on Calm Air flights will now be made through aircanada.com/aeroplan (in the Aeroplan account overview), the Air Canada mobile app, or by contacting Aeroplan at 1-800-361-5373.
  • Combinability with the rest of the Aeroplan network. Calm Air flights can now be part of a combined reward itinerary alongside Aeroplan’s other airline partners, of which there are more than 50.
  • Calm Air Reservations no longer handling new bookings. Aeroplan redemptions will no longer be processed through Calm Air Reservations for new bookings.

Calm Air is a regional carrier serving Canada’s North, including Manitoba and Nunavut. Until now, its reward flights could only be booked by phone through Calm Air Reservations and could not be combined with other carriers within a single Aeroplan redemption.

Impact for Aeroplan members

  • A single point of contact. Members no longer need to juggle between Aeroplan and Calm Air Reservations to book a reward flight to the North.
  • More flexible itineraries. Being able to combine Calm Air with Aeroplan’s other airline partners opens the door to itineraries linking Canada’s North to the rest of the network, for example pairing a Calm Air segment with an Air Canada flight or another partner.
  • No impact on existing bookings. If you booked a Calm Air reward flight before July 22, 2026, Calm Air Reservations remains your point of contact.

What we recommend

  • If you already have a confirmed Calm Air reward booking, no action is needed: it stays with Calm Air Reservations.
  • If you are planning a new points redemption involving Calm Air, consider waiting until July 22, 2026 to combine this flight with other Aeroplan partners in a single itinerary.
  • Starting July 22, 2026, use aircanada.com/aeroplan or the Air Canada app rather than Calm Air Reservations for any new Aeroplan reward booking on this carrier.
