After yesterday’s announcement of its new non-stop Montreal-Delhi route, Air Canada is adding some more!
Today, the airline unveils its plans for some key South American destinations.
As of December 08, the non-stop flight Montreal – São Paulo will be restored. We had the opportunity to try it in the Signature class.
At that time, this road was a trial run for the winter period. From now on, this flight will operateyear-round, with four flights per week. This route will use a 787 Dreamliner.
Here is the flight schedule from Montreal to São Paulo:
On December 02, service between Montreal and Bogota will resume, with three flights per week.
These destination flights will allow travellers to easily reach other destinations in Colombia and South America. This will be made possible by Star Alliance Commercial Partner, Avianca.

In addition, Air Canada confirms its intention to re-establish service to Buenos Aires, via São Paulo.
However, these flights to Argentina are awaiting approval from the authorities in that country. The latter have announced the reopening of its borders to international tourists on November 1. Stay tuned !
When it comes to reality, here is the schedule for this Bueno Aires – São Paulo route:
Pearson Toronto International Airport (YYZ) is also increasing its non-stop flights to São Paulo.
Currently, there are three flights per week: Monday, Thursday and Saturday. As of December 6th, these flights will be daily.
Also, direct flights from Toronto to Bogotá will be increased from 3 to 4 per week.
In January 2022, the Toronto – Santiago flight will resume with three flights per week.
