To offer their members even more benefits, theAir France andAccor frequent flyer programs, Flying Blue and ALL – Accor Live Limitless, have been offering a program called Miles+Points since 2019. This makes it easy for customers to convert their Reward Points into Flying Blue Miles and vice versa, enabling them to earn award tickets with Air France or free nights with the hotel group quickly. Which will it be: the sky or the earth?

Partnership between Flying Blue and ALL - Accor Live Limitless

Flying Blue is Air France‘s frequent flyer program. It allows members to earn Flying Blue Miles. The more you fly with the airline, the more Miles you earn, and the more rewards you can earn, from award tickets to upgrades, extra baggage, paid in-flight options and more.

ALL – Accor Live Limitless is Accor‘s loyalty program. It allows members to earn Reward points. These are redeemable for hotel nights, discounts, unique experiences and much more.

For some years now, the two companies have been joining forces with Miles+Points, a program that enables customers to convert their points into Miles, and vice versa, as well as to maximize their earning of Miles and Reward points by flying with Air France and staying at participating Accor hotels. It’s a double reward system!

How to earn Miles and points

In addition to the usual Miles, ALL – Accor Live Limitless customers can earn Reward points on eligible flights with Air France and KLM, as well as all member airlines of theSkyTeam alliance:

  • 2 euros spent on a flight = 1 Reward point

By staying in an ALL – Accor Live Limitless hotel, you can also earn Flying Blue Miles, in addition to the usual Reward points:

  • 1 euro spent at the hotel = 1 Flying Blue Mile

How to convert Miles into points (and vice versa)

Once you’ve subscribed to the Miles+Points program, you can convert your Reward points into Miles and your Miles into Reward points whenever you like. Conversion is based on the following scale:

  • 4,000 Flying Blue Miles = 1,000 Reward points
  • 2,000 Reward points = 2,000 Flying Blue Miles

Please note that you can only convert Flying Blue Miles into Reward Points in increments of 4,000, and Reward Points into Flying Blue Miles in increments of 2,000.

If you wish to convert your Flying Blue Miles into Reward points, you must go to the Flying Blue website and select the “Convert” option.

If you wish to convert your Reward points into Flying Blue Miles, you must go to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless website, select the number of points you wish to convert and click on “Validate conversion”.

Program Registration

To register for Miles+Points, you need to be a member of both loyalty programs. To do so, visit the Flying Blue and ALL – Accor Live Limitless websites and create an account. Registration is free of charge.

Linking Accor and Flying Blue accounts

If you are a member of both frequent flyer programs, simply visit the Flying Blue website to link your accounts. Go to your Flying Blue account, then select “Link your accounts or create a new account” under “Earn more Miles+Points”.

ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue - Conclusion

All holders of an ALL – Accor Live Limitless account and a Flying Blue account can sign up for Miles+Points free of charge to accelerate the earning of Miles and points. For the time being, however, the Miles+Points service can only be used to convert Reward points and Flying Blue Miles between the Accor andAir France programs, and to accelerate earning. Nevertheless, we hope that, in the near future, it will be possible for statuses acquired in both programs to be recognized. For example, a Flying Blue Premium member could become a Gold member of Accor‘s loyalty program and enjoy a range of benefits when staying in a hotel.

How Do I link ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue Accounts?

To link your ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue accounts, you must first register for both loyalty programs. If you are a member of both loyalty programs, simply link your accounts by clicking on this link.

How Can I View my Reward Points and Flying Blue Miles?

To view your Reward points, visit the ALL – Accor Live Limitless website. Your points will be displayed under the “My account” tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen. To view your Flying Blue Miles, which you can earn by flying with Air France and KLM, visit the Flying Blue website. They will be displayed under your name, in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

How Can I Convert Flying Blue Miles into XP?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert Flying Blue Miles into Experience Points (XP). To earn XP, you must fly with Air France and KLM, or any other partner airline.

Can I Transfer XP to Reward Points with ALL?

XP cannot be transferred to Reward points. To earn Reward points, you must stay at ALL – Accor Live Limitless member hotels. Points earned from stays will then be credited to your ALL – Accor Live Limitless account.
