To the point Get up to 25% off when you use your RBC Rewards points to purchase gift cards until August 08, 2021.

As you probably know, on milesopedia we prefer to redeem our travel points for travel.

However, there are times when we can use our points for everyday purchases or to purchase gift cards when they are on sale.

Until August 08, 2021 (11:59 p.m. ET), RBC Rewards is offering up to 25% off gift cards purchased with your RBC points.

Many merchants are available such as:

  • Amazon
  • Best Buy
  • Apple Music
  • Hudson’s Bay
  • Metro/Super C
  • Petro-Canada
  • Canadian Tire
  • Lowe’s
  • Rona
  • Wayfair

Of course, we usually prefer to use RBC Rewards points by converting them to British Airways Executive Club Avios miles (at 30-50% bonuses).

But if it can work for you right now, it may make sense for you to liquidate points this way.

Up to 25% fewer points required for DoorDash gift cards

Until August 08, Avion members use up to 25% fewer points on DoorDash gift cards.

The offer is in effect until August 08, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

This can complement RBC’s recently launched DashPassoffering.
