DeSerres boutiques used to offer the Club Créatif DeSerres loyalty program.
Membership in the DeSerres Creative Club loyalty program was free and earned 1 point for every Canadian dollar of net purchase before taxes, in-store and online. So spending $25.30 would earn 25.30 points.
Exclusive promotions were also offered according to the member’s profile, and every first purchase was rewarded with 100 bonus points.

To become a Club Member, certain conditions had to be met first:
Membership applications could be made both online and in-store. A “Creative Club Card” membership card was issued to those who applied in-store, with a unique ID number enabling members to access and activate their online account via an online form at www.deserres.ca to start collecting DeSerres Points.
Members who subscribed online did not receive a physical card. They had to use their membership number for purchases.
The exchange value was $0.02 per point. For every 250 points accumulated, you got $5.
You needed 250 points to start redeeming, in-store only:
Points were not transferable or redeemable for cash, and could not be assigned or sold.
The statuses were really just member categories:
DeSerres had already suspended new membership in the Associations and Partners tier of the program in early 2025, ahead of the full program suspension announced in March 2025.
