Getting a Great Members Card
Unlike the loyalty programs offered by most hotel groups around the world, such as Meliá, World of Hyatt, ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors, Club Med offers the possibility of becoming a member of its loyalty program only after spending a minimum of two consecutive nights in one of Club Med’s hotel,whether it’s Resort Club Med, Club Med Villas & Chalets, Discovery Tours by Club Med or Cruises by Club Med.
After your first stay, the program membership is free of charge. A virtual Great Members loyalty card is available for download from your account.
Earning Great Member Points
The possibility of earning Great Members points is somewhat limited. The only way to earn points is to stay at one of the Club Med resorts.
For every 100 euros spent at Club Med on a two-night stay, you will earn 97 Great Members Points. For each stay of two to seven consecutive nights at Club Med, you will earn 2,500 Great Members Points per family (not per person). Finally, you will receive 3,000 Great Members Points for every eight or more consecutive nights you stay at Club Med.

The flexibility of the Club Med Great Members Program means you can take full advantage of your benefits at your own pace, whether you’re a frequent traveler or an occasional explorer. As you reach the required number of points during the year, you can move up to the next level and enjoy the benefits of that level as soon as you have earned them.
The Turquoise status is the status that all new Great Members receive, hence the limited benefits.
It offers holders discounts at select Club Med partners, including photo printing and postcard mailing.
You can reach Silver status by earning more than 20,000 Great Members points.
This status entitles you to free Wi-Fi, as well as 15% off Club Med products in the boutique, 10% off a selection of excursions, and 10% off spa brand products on sale.
The Gold status, which can be achieved after earning more than 50,000 Great Members Points, begins to offer attractive benefits such as room upgrades upon availability, priority check-in and privileged transportation in a vehicle for up to 12 people.
Holders of this status will also receive a €50 credit on their Club Med Pass or Club Med Digital Wristband at check-in for each stay.
The Platinum status, the highest status in the Great Members loyalty program, is offered to members who have earned more than 100,000 Great Members points.
Holders of this status also receive a €100 credit on the Club Med Pass or Club Med Digital Wristband for each stay and are entitled to a private transfer. They also have priority access to restaurant reservations and have their own dedicated reservation line.
Finally, depending on availability, late departures can be arranged up to one hour before departure for all stays with transportation, and up to 2 pm for stays without transportation.
