To the point Before January 2, 2025, earn 20,000 bonus points by booking on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform.

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy offers a selection of over 140,000 vacation rental homes around the world, a model similar to Airbnb that provides the opportunity to earn Marriott Bonvoy points to then stay for free at the group’s hotels.

Marriott Bonvoy members must register for this offer and make their reservation by January 2, 2025, to enjoy private accommodations with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy until December 31, 2025. The stay must be for at least 2 nights and cost a minimum of $2,000 (in USD, CAD or the foreign currency of the country).

Marriott Home & Villas offers promotions from time to time. The latest fall promotion gave 30,000 bonus points for booking at least two nights worth $1,000.

Offer Conditions

Here are the main conditions of the offer to obtain 20,000 bonus points:

  • Sign up for the offer before January 2, 2025;
  • Reservations must be made between December 16, 2024 and January 2, 2025 ;
  • You must book two or more consecutive nights at the same property between December 16, 2024 and December 31, 2025 inclusively;
  • You’ll need to spend a minimum of US$2,000 for your stay (or the equivalent in foreign currency).
