This is a great offer for American Express® Gold Rewards Cardmembers.

While the American Express Cobalt® Card card also earn 5 Membership Rewards points per dollar for home food delivery, I recommend using your American ExpressMD Gold Rewards Card if you also have it in your wallet.

The advantage of Membership Rewards points offered by the American ExpressMD Gold Rewards card being that they are transferable to airline rewards programs such as Aeroplan, unlike those offered by the American Express Cobalt® Card.
