The Anaheim Marriott Suites is a Category 5 hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy program.
Our room cost us 30,000 points a night. During our stay, we used the Marriott Bonvoy™ American Express® Card to earn 5 points per dollar for dining at the hotel!
Since this is a Category 5 hotel, you can use the free night certificate earned at renewal of the Marriott Bonvoy™ American Express® Card (and the Marriott Bonvoy™ Business American Express® Card).

The Anaheim Marriott Suites hotel is a 45-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport. Check out our guide to a short stay in Los Angeles!
The hotel has 14 floors and 371 Suites.
Disneyland and Disney Adventure Parks are a 10-minute drive from the hotel. A shuttle is also available every half hour, at a cost of $6 per adult and $3 for children ages 3 to 9, per day.
The reception hall is built around a central column where a few tables with seats are installed. There is also a corner with sofas and a refreshment area.
On the right is the reception counter, at a right angle, and on the left is a counter for those who wish to purchase tickets for the Disney parks. Finally at the back, the entrance to the restaurant, Basil’s.
As you can see on the pictures, the decoration is simple and inspired by Disney.
The Suite is a nice size. It consists first of all of a living room with a sofa bed, which suits us perfectly with our two children. The spaces are clean, nicely decorated.
Then there is a King bed separated from the lounge by a double glass door.
The bathroom is simple and functional with a bathtub that doubles as a shower.
The hotel has the advantage of offering various interesting services. For starters, who doesn’t like having a Starbucks nearby? You have one in the hotel lobby!
Then, in the lobby, you will find an Avis car rental counter, a Disney counter and a business center.
On the mezzanine level, the hotel offers a swimming pool, access to a jacuzzi and a fitness room.
Finally, on the 12th floor, there is a laundry room, which is really convenient when staying with children!
We arrived late morning and had lunch there. The service was very good, attentive to the children, and the food is good.
As for breakfast, the choice is mainly North American classics with an interesting selection.
We added our bill to the room, which earns extra points through our Marriott Bonvoy status (and paying for the stay with the Marriott Bonvoy™ American Express® Card to earn 5 points per dollar)!
Since we were going to the Disney Parks, we had little time to enjoy the pool facilities. The pool is large and pleasant. Next to it, there is a whirlpool. Note that there is a seat for people with disabilities.
An interesting choice of strength and cardio equipment is available in the fitness room.
As mentioned above, the reception hall has direct access to the Starbucks coffee shop and a gift shop.
Finally, a laundry room is also available within the hotel on the 12th floor.
The Anaheim Marriott Suites is a hotel that we recommend because it is simple and efficient. The welcome was warm, the location quiet and close to Disney parks.
