Kuta is one of the most famous cities in Bali for its lively nightlife. The Four Points by Sheraton Bali Hotel is located in the heart of the Legian center, so you can do everything on foot.
The Four Points by Sheraton Bali is a Marriott Bonvoy Category 3 hotel. For one night, you can redeem between 15,000 and 20,000 points.
We preferred to pay the $70 night (in January 2020) with our Marriott BonvoyMD American ExpressMD* Card in order to earn 5 Marriott Bonvoy points per dollar.
The hotel has 5 floors, 163 rooms and 22 suites.

The hotel is located just over 15 minutes drive from Denpasar International Airport. You will find yourself close to the sea and within walking distance of all the shops.
The hotel offers a welcoming reception area. The common areas are warm and friendly. This time, no upgrades. But the choice of rooms is rather limited, it must be said. We were given a room with two large beds overlooking the central lagoon.
Sincerely, the room did not dazzle us. It was narrow for a family of 4. With the suitcases open (remember that we only had two Away suitcases and two Osprey backpacks), we had little room left in the room to move around.
And the rooms are facing the other rooms located on the other side of the central lagoon. We’ve seen better in terms of privacy. On the plus side, the whole place was clean and modern.
The bathroom is small but cute. Everything that matters is there, we would say, nothing superfluous. A shower completes it.
Various catering solutions are available and offer a diverse and modern cuisine. There is:
We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, adapted for children with a lot of choice and the possibility of tasting typical dishes.
The hotel offers 3 pools: the lagoon with whirlpool, the junior pool, and another one on the Vertigo roof.
The lagoon pool is central. Most of the rooms face each other. The rooms on the upper levels have balconies, while those on the pool level have terraces: people can jump into the water directly from their terrace!
I found it a pain to have to give my room card to the other end of the complex, towards the children’s pool, to get towels and always have to go back to get my card. I felt like I was just going back and forth.
Two disadvantages: the luminosity is not optimal throughout the day, so I got quite cold once or twice. The other disadvantage is about the amount of deckchairs: few chairs are arranged around the pool. You must get there early to find a place, the best is to fall back on the pool on the roof; smaller but with a larger and quiet ground.
The fitness room is a nice bright room and offers a variety of decent equipment.
The hotel offers the services of the Gamelan SPA for those who wish to relax.
The Kids Club surprised us very pleasantly. A beautifully laid out playground. The kids loved spending time there and being able to jump into the pool afterwards.
The advantage of the Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta hotel is that it is very affordable and very well located when you want to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Kuta, it is suitable for young travelers and families. Also, the hotel offers a very nice restaurant and a nice Kids Club.
The Four Points by Sheraton Bali is not the type of hotel we like because of the lack of privacy and space in the rooms, and because Kuta is not the type of city that suits us, but it is a matter of taste!
