Our visit to this Turkish Airlines lounge in Miami was with our family when we visited Disney World. Here’s how to get there and what you can find.
Several Turkish Airlines lounges are available at Miami International Airport. The Turkish Airlines Business Lounge we visited is located past security at Concourse E Satellite Terminal and on level 2.
The Turkish Airlines Business Lounge is open 24 hours a day from 5am to 10pm daily.
This lounge is available to Priority Pass members, passengers travelling in business or first class on Turkish Airlines or a Star Alliance member airline on an international flight.
Children under two years old are admitted free of charge. Proper clothes are required to enter.
When we arrived, there was a line of several people waiting. It took us at least ten minutes to get in.
Please note that you may be denied access if the lounge is complete. Fortunately, that day we were able to enjoy it.
A list of the main amenities offered in this lounge is provided below:
Disabled access
Shower
Wi-Fi
Alcohol
Buffet
Refreshments
The lounge offers two closed rooms, one for resting with reclining seats and the other more familial with poufs for children. However, there were no games in the room. A room was also available for depositing luggage.
A prayer room is also available as well as computer workstations with printers.
As you can see, the show was almost full when we came. We finally found four chairs to sit in as a family. Due to the amount of people, the lounge was quite noisy.
The facilities were fortunately comfortable, as expected with this company. Several different spaces are set up. Seats faced 6 HDTV screens on the wall or scattered around the room, separated by columns or golden walls.
Round tables with seats were used to eat at the table.
The Turkish Airlines lounge offers a small variety of food and beverage items. Various salads, sandwiches, cookies, fruit and refreshments. We are far from what we can find, for example, at the same show in Istanbul. But it is still very nice to have these products.
Alcohol service is available at the lounge bar. A few seats allow you to settle in.
It is possible to reserve a bathroom with a shower at the counter. You will find a toilet in the living room.
If you’re flying through Miami airport in business class, this beautiful lounge can be a nice place to stop by before boarding. We hope that you will be able to go there at a less busy time than ours.
