1 This offer only applies to new applications for an RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege credit card received between “August 13, 2026” and “November 25, 2026” (“Offer Period”) and approved by Royal Bank of Canada (“Royal Bank”) subject to the conditions below. Additional cardholders(s) (co-applicant and authorized user(s)) on the RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege account, as well as existing cardholders on any RBC Royal Bank personal credit card account transferring to an RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege account during the Offer Period, are not eligible for the offer.

35,000 welcome Avion points (“Welcome Points”) will appear on your monthly credit card statement within sixty (60) days after your application has been approved, provided that your RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege credit card account (“Credit Card Account”) remains open and in good standing at the time the Welcome points are credited to your account, “good standing” meaning that your Credit Card Account must not be past due for more than two (2) consecutive credit card account statement periods, closed, charged off or in credit revoked status.

You will receive 20,000 bonus Avion points (“Bonus Points”) if a total of $5,000 or more (“Qualifying Transaction Amount”) in qualifying net purchases and/or pre-authorized bill payment transactions (“Qualifying Transactions”) are posted to your Credit Card Account within the first six (6) months from your Credit Card Account opening date (“Period”). The Bonus Points will appear on your monthly credit card statement within sixty (60) days after you reach $5,000 in Qualifying Transactions, provided your Credit Card Account remains open and in good standing at the time the Bonus Points are credited to your account.

Qualifying Transactions exclude cash advances (including balance transfers, cash-like transactions and bill payments that are not pre-authorized charges that you set up with a merchant), interest charges and fees, and credits for returns and adjustments posted to your Credit Card account during the Period will reduce the amount of your Qualifying Transactions. The Qualifying Transaction Amount is based on the transaction posting date of each Qualifying Transaction, not the transaction date. This means that transactions that take place prior to the last day of the Period will not be considered for the Qualifying Transaction Amount if they have not yet been posted or processed by the merchant, the payment network (Visa) or Royal Bank by the last day of the Period.

45,000 additional Avion points (“Anniversary Points”) will appear on your monthly credit card statement within twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks after the one- year anniversary of your account opening, provided that your account remains open and in good standing at the time the Anniversary Points are credited to your account.

If you close or change your Credit Card Account for another type of RBC Royal Bank credit card before the Welcome Points, the Bonus Points and/or the Anniversary Points have been credited to your account, you may lose the benefit of this offer. This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. Royal Bank reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, even after your application has been approved, including if we suspect that you may be manipulating or abusing it, or engaging in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by Royal Bank in its sole discretion. ²³A primary cardholder, a co-applicant and any authorized user (each an “eligible credit cardholder”) have access to airport lounges participating in the Visa Airport Companion program (“Program”), provided and managed by DragonPass International Ltd. (“DragonPass”).

Each cardholder must register individually for this benefit using the Visa Airport Companion app (available as a free download) or the Program website (visaairportcompanion.ca/fr) using their eligible credit card. During registration, the cardholder must enter their name (first and last name) as it appears on their passport (or on any other government-issued identification used for travel in Canada), as it will be verified upon entry to airport lounges.

Once registered, the cardholder will be entitled to six (6) free airport lounge accesses per membership year; free accesses may be used by the cardholder for themselves and for accompanying guests. Visits beyond the free accesses are subject to a fee of US $32 (subject to change) per person. Applicable access fees will be charged to the eligible credit card associated with the cardholder’s Program membership card.

Membership includes access to any airport lounge participating in the Program. After registering for the Program, the cardholder can access airport lounges by presenting one of the following three (3) items: i) their eligible credit card, ii) their digital membership card and QR code from the app or Program website, or iii) their printed or emailed e-certificate containing the membership card and QR code.

Program membership will be suspended if the eligible credit card is closed or inactive, is no longer linked to the Program, or is no longer a product participating in the Program. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to report any changes to the information of their eligible credit card linked to the Program. If the cardholder uses a printed or emailed e-certificate to access a lounge, they must obtain a new e-certificate if changes are made to their eligible credit card information. Unless suspended or cancelled, Program membership and any free accesses included are automatically renewed each year on the anniversary date (i.e., the date the cardholder registered for the Program). Program membership may be suspended if the eligible credit card is no longer in good standing.

Cardholders can consult the app or Program website for the complete list of participating airport lounges, as well as the facilities offered, hours of operation and any restrictions. Registered cardholders are subject to the terms and conditions of the worldwide airport lounge access program and the terms of use of each participating lounge operator visited, which are available in the app or Program website. The Program terms and conditions will be presented to cardholders during registration and will also be emailed to them after registration.

In addition to providing them with access to airport lounges, enrollment in the program will allow cardholders to enjoy additional benefits and offers. For the complete list of benefits and offers and to obtain more information, holders of an eligible credit card can consult the program app or website. Cardholders who participate in the program or take advantage of the benefits or offers presented as part of the program are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the benefit or offer in question, as stipulated in the program app and website.

Cardholders who participate in the program are subject to DragonPass’s terms of use, terms of service, and privacy policy, as well as Visa’s privacy statement. By enrolling in the program and taking advantage of the benefits and offers presented as part of the program, the cardholder acknowledges that DragonPass may share their program-related data with Visa or Royal Bank of Canada (« RBC ») for program administration purposes, and that Visa and RBC may process this data in accordance with their privacy policies. The services and benefits offered as part of the program are provided by DragonPass and third-party providers.
