While in Phoenix, I was looking through the Priority Pass app to find a lounge at the Phoenix airport for a domestic flight to Las Vegas.
Not finding anything interesting there, I went to see what was available through the American Express application(partner with LoungeBuddy). I was fortunate to see that, as an American Express Platinum holder, I had access to the Escape Lounge.
Escapelounge are available to American Express Platinum and American Express Platinum Corporate CardMD holders and two guests.
These are the only Canadian cards to offer access to Escapelounge (and over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide).

The Phoenix Escapelounge is located in Terminal 4 and then in Concourse B, which is opposite Gate B22 on the upper level.
The food is exceptional, from the ginger salmon to each of the salads and sandwiches.
As for alcohol, vodka flavored with clementine or lemon is excellent. I found there a bit of the one I discovered in Poland.
The service is also incomparable, an attendant came to see me practically every 5 minutes to know if I needed something, or if everything was fine.
The decor is also sumptuous and elegant; its entrance is prominent with its rainbow of balloons; the small isolated stations are very pleasant.
Many electrical outlets are available as well as flight information screens.
I’m not used to playing in the big leagues of lounges like others on the Milesopedia Facebook group. But what a surprise it was to discover this very high quality lounge.
