Cash back details
All eligible purchases earn 1% cash back as long as your account is in good standing. Your account is in good standing when you meet the obligations of your credit card agreement (e.g. make the minimum payment by the due date). The cashback will be paid as a credit applied to your account and cannot be paid in cash. An additional 0.5% cash back is awarded on the first $25,000 in eligible online, gas, and grocery purchases charged annually to your credit card account. The additional 0.5% cash back does not apply when the balance of eligible annual purchases exceeds $25,000. Beyond this amount, the cash back is 1% on all types of eligible purchases. For conditions and restrictions applying to cash back and for the detailed list of codes associated with participating merchants, consult the Accumulation Grid [PDF] and the Applicable Rules [PDF].

If you reside in the province of Quebec, your minimum payment is the greater of 5% of your account balance, plus any overdue amounts, or $10.
