Voilà by IGA is an online grocery ordering service with home delivery in Quebec. The service covers the corridor between Quebec City and Gatineau, including the greater Montreal area. You’ll find fresh products, IGA brands, and lines such as Ricardo, Kim Phat, and Rachelle Béry. This guide explains how the service works, delivery fees, and the best credit card for groceries to maximize your Scene+ points.
Voilà by IGA allows you to shop for groceries online and receive your order at home between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Orders are prepared in an automated warehouse in Pointe-Claire, then delivered by refrigerated truck.
The minimum purchase is $35, before taxes and fees. Delivery fees vary depending on the address and time slot selected. To check if the service covers your area, enter your postal code on the registration page.
In addition, there is also Voilà by Sobeys (greater Toronto area) and Voilà by Safeway (curbside pickup in Western Canada and the Atlantic provinces). If Voilà by IGA is not available in your area, you can also shop on IGA.net.
Both services offer online grocery shopping, but their operations differ. Here are the main distinctions.
In summary, Voilà by IGA focuses on automation and fast delivery. IGA.net, on the other hand, relies on the existing store network. Promotions may also differ between the two platforms.

Here’s a concrete example with a $76 order.
It takes 1,000 Scene+ points to get a $10 discount. This discount can be applied in-store or for travel via Scene+ cards. However, it is not yet possible to redeem points directly at checkout on Voilà by IGA.
After confirmation, the warehouse robots prepare your order. The final amount may vary for several reasons:
On the scheduled day, the delivery person calls to confirm their arrival. Bags are left at the door. If the order contains alcohol, age verification is required.
A final email confirms delivery and the exact amount charged to your credit card. Scene+ points appear in your account 1 to 2 days later.
Voilà by IGA is a practical solution to save time on groceries. Fruits and vegetables are well selected, time slots are flexible, and delivery times are short. The service is also suitable for facilitating a move or avoiding trips to the store.
