Located just a 5-minute drive north of Orlando International Airport, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport hotel is the perfect place to spend either the last or first night of your stay in Florida, depending on whether you have an early morning flight or a very late evening flight. Either way, it’s a wise choice.
Parking is free and several electric charging stations are available. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is also within walking distance of Advantage Rent a Car, located just across the street.
There are several restaurants within walking distance, giving you a few options for your last dinner if, for example, you decide to hand in your rental car the day before your flight home.

When we arrived, the agent on duty at the check-in counter was very efficient and had no trouble applying one of my Marriott gift cards to pay for our stay (a test that some Marriott hotels fail miserably!).

We had two spacious suites, one with a King bed and the other with two Queen beds. The two rooms were identical, except that the one with the king-size bed only had a shower (no bathtub) in the bathroom.
As with all TownePlace hotels, all rooms have a small kitchen. A convenience that wasn’t essential in our case, since we were only there for 24 hours.

And last but not least, a laundry room; a much-appreciated service when traveling with carry-on baggage only.
A complimentary buffet-style breakfast is available from 6:00 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 6:00 to 9:30 on weekends. The vastness of the dining room more than satisfies the demand. The food on offer is abundant and varied. Only negative point… no bacon!
Do you have Marriott Bonvoy points thanks to a Marriott BonvoyMD American ExpressMD* Card by any chance? You could get a free night at this hotel using your points. The number of points required per night varies, as do the dollar rates, according to supply and demand. For example, at the time of writing, the number of points required to obtain a free night ranged from 21,000 to 39,000 points per night.
Your Marriott BonvoyMD American ExpressMD* Card also gives you a free night certificate every year. This hotel may be an excellent choice to use this certificate, to make the cost of a night at the hotel equal to zero!
Probably one of the best values for lodging near Orlando airport. Apart from the bath plug that didn’t hold the water very well, the hotel met all my needs for this short stay. Everything was practically new and the service was professional all the way!
