Before boarding our flight on a brand new Airbus A350, let’s meet in the Asiana Airlines Business Lounge.
Freshly disembarked – the first ones – from our flight from Ho Chi Minh City, we quietly head towards the international connections: we can’t miss them!
We have about an hour before we board the plane for San Francisco.
Visit the Asiana Airlines Business Class lounge: Asiana Lounge Business Class
As usual, entrance restrictions are indicated at the reception desk:
If this lounge is available to Priority Pass members… it won’t be tonight due to overcapacity!
At the reception, two Asiana Airlines staff members. The entry will be very fast.
Near the entrance, lockers to deposit your cabin luggage.
It is about 8pm and the lounge is in a hushed, even dark atmosphere.
Note that the overcapacity mentioned for Priority Pass members is not obvious…
Partitions allow people traveling alone to be more secluded.
In the middle of the living room, a room to sit down and have dinner.
The buffet was not the most complete, but sufficient for our short correspondence. One will be satisfied with a hot drink.
Tables are set up facing the tarmac. The #Avgeeks will appreciate it!
Showers are also available, convenient for passengers with longer connections.
As we leave the lounge, we appreciate the model of the flagship aircraft of Asiana Airlines: the Airbus A380.
After about 20 minutes in this Asiana Business Lounge, we leave it and head for our boarding gate. This one didn’t impress us much, but is still good for a short stopover. If you can access it with Priority Pass, or with your business class ticket (or by being a Star Alliance Gold member) don’t hesitate!
