The Marriott Bonvoy all-inclusive collection will first welcome the new upscale Marriott Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort, Marriott International has announced.
This magnificent complex – formerly the Marriott Cancun Resort – will be inaugurated at the very beginning of the year, after several months of construction work.
Comprising 450 rooms, it is located just 15 minutes from Cancún International Airport, close to the Coco Bongo tourist area on the Yucatan Peninsula.
The resort offers nine restaurants, a swimming pool with waterslides, a man-made river and a magnificent white-sand beach.
In 2024 and 2025, the collection of all-inclusives will include the Marriott Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and the Marriott Djerba in Tunisia.
New for kids: the CAMP Club
The Marriott Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort will be the first Marriott Bonvoy property to offer the CAMP club, aimed at children of all ages.
On the menu for spring 2024:
- guided arts and crafts workshops, to let their imaginations run wild;
- activities and interactive games, as well as story readings;
- themed environments to stimulate their creativity, including “disco booths” with floor-to-ceiling glitter.
The CAMP Club offers will be rolled out to other all-inclusive establishments in 2024, as well as to other brands in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio over the next few years.
Launched in 2018, CAMP is known for its hybrid shop/game/show experience in the United States, including Los Angeles and New York.
