To the point Air Canada announces the opening today of its new Maple Leaf Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Air Canada's new Maple Leaf Lounge

Air Canada adds a brand new Maple Leaf Lounge to its collection, this time in San Francisco. Travellers at San Francisco International Airport can access it starting today, June 28, 2023. We were invited by Air Canada to visit yesterday, just before the opening.

This is Air Canada’s 28th lounge worldwide, and its third in the United States. Located in Terminal 2, this lounge offers an enhanced experience for Air Canada passengers, including an outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the Californian landscape and the tarmac.

Bottom line

The new lounge is a major investment by Air Canada, which has plans to renovate its Maple Leaf lounges. We’ll also be keeping an eye on the opening of an Air Canada Café planned for Montreal YUL in 2024.
