Daily Vancouver / Shanghai flights on Air Canada will be available from December 7, 2024. Daily service between Vancouver and Beijing will resume on January 15, 2025. Flights will be operated by 787 Dreamliner aircraft.

As part of its international diversification strategy, Air Canada had already increased its flights to the Asia-Pacific region in December 2023.
