Air Canada plans to offer this option on all flights departing from Canada by the end of the year. This beta phase will therefore gradually be extended to a larger scale.
Starting 30 days prior to departure, customers of eligible flights will receive an email invitation to pre-order their meal. During this same period, it will also be possible to make your selection from the Air Canada website.
Simply go to “My Reservations” from the website, or “Trips” from the app to select a meal or update a selection already made. This option will be available up to 72 hours before departure.
It’s always nice to have an idea of what to expect for our flight. This new option offered by Air Canada will allow us to know the menu in advance, and also to ensure that we get the meal we want.
