The WestJet Elevation Lounge has been open since November 2, 2020, and I just visited it. Here’s my impression.
The WestJet Elevation Lounge is conveniently located at Concourse B of the Domestic Terminal and is accessible to guests departing from Concourses A, B and C, as well as Concourse D of the International Terminal (when accessed from security checkpoint B or C).
The WestJet Elevation lounge is open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
I used my Priority pass membership with unlimited lounge access to enter, a perk of my Business Platinum Card® from American Express. Otherwise, I could have used one of the four annual visits coming with my BMO® World Elite®* Mastercard®* (this lounge being a member of LoungeKey).

During COVID-19, there is no buffet (but the location predicts a nice place to get some food).
The service is done at the table, and you can order some food by taking a picture of the QR code stuck on the tables.
In the middle of the lounge, there is a large communal table. And on both sides long benches with small tables.
There are many spaces to relax throughout the lounge, with cozy armchairs having a small view of the outside.
And workspaces, which are perfect for isolating yourself. Note the chosen materials giving a sense of freshness.
A printer is available near the meeting rooms.
The lounge also has closed spaces for gathering. You will be able to book a meeting space for a maximum duration of 60 minutes and a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
WestJet Rewards Platinum and Gold members may also reserve the space up to seven days in advance by calling their respective priority support number, available through the WestJet app.
The bar is the masterpiece of this lounge. Elegant, despite all the protections related to the COVID-19.
And what about this fireplace!
To take an order at the bar, you can chat with the bartender behind a plexiglass.
Or you can use the QR code at your place.
At the back of the lounge, there is another space to relax and read a magazine. And it’s also where you’ll find a space for families!
In this space, consisting of two rooms, there are televisions and other game screens. No doubt when COVID-19 is finished, toys will fill this space! Also, note that USB and sector sockets are available under the benches, allowing parents to connect!
Just near the family space, another separate room will probably allow families to gather in case of a lack of space within the Family Space.
Again, no false notes in the materials chosen for the toilets. And the lounge has several showers you can book.

This WestJet Elevation lounge is arguably the most attractive lounge available to Priority Pass and LoungeKey members in Canada! Don’t hesitate to visit this lounge on your next visit to Calgary (YYC); you won’t be disappointed!
Of course, I had the opportunity to visit it in the middle of COVID-19: as you can see from the photos, this lounge was far from full. It will be interesting to see what happens once travel resumes.
