Creative Club DeSerres

DeSerres boutiques offer the Club Créatif DeSerres loyalty program. Create an online account to join the Club.

Membership in the DeSerres Creative Club loyalty program is free and earns 1 point for every Canadian dollar of net purchase before taxes. In-store and online. So if you spend $25.30, you’ll earn 25.30 Points.

Exclusive promotions are also offered according to the member’s profile, and every first purchase is rewarded with 100 bonus points.

Points earning excludes gift cards, courses and workshops.

To become a Club Member, certain conditions must first be met:

• if a minor, be at least 14 years old and have the consent of a parent or guardian;
• Have a valid email address.

Membership applications can be made both online and in-store. A “Creative Club Card” membership card will be issued to those who apply in-store, with a unique ID number that will enable members to access and activate their online account via an online form at www.deserres.ca to start collecting DeSerres Points.

Members who subscribe online will not receive a physical card. They must use their membership number for purchases.

If your information changes, you must contact them in writing to update your profile, in which case your account may be terminated.

The exchange value is $0.02. For every 250 points accumulated, you’ll earn $5.

You need 250 points to start trading. These can be purchased in-store only:

750 points = $15

1,500 points = $30

5,000 points = $100

You can redeem them in-store on presentation of your card, by entering your ID or e-mail address, or online. Points are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be assigned or sold.

The bylaws are rather categories of members:

• Regular member
• Student Member
• Associations
• Partners

You must meet the eligibility criteria and have activated your Creative Club account online to benefit from the program.

You’ll get benefits like :

• 100 bonus points when the online profile is completed within the first 14 days of membership and a first purchase;
• 10% off selected statutes, online or in stores, on selected products at regular price only;
• personalized offers, contests and promotions based on your profile.

Student Membership is open to all students able to show proof of enrolment (valid student card or proof of enrolment) at a recognized secondary or post-secondary educational institution or to extracurricular students taking a recreational visual arts course.

The status is valid for 12 months, until July 31 of the following year. On August 1, any student wishing to continue their membership will have to present their proof of membership again.

If this proof is not provided, the member’s status will automatically change to Regular Member.

Association status is offered to recognized visual arts associations with more than 25 members. The Member must present valid proof of membership, such as a membership card or proof of registration with the association.

The status is valid for 24 months. Any member wishing to continue their membership must present their credentials again. If this proof is not provided, the member’s status will automatically change to Regular Member.

Partner status is offered to companies wishing to provide a partnership program with Omer DeSerres Inc. for their employees. The company must first send a membership application by mail to partenaires@deserres.ca. The Partner Member must present the unique code sent to the company.

The status is valid for 24 months. Members wishing to continue their membership must present the unique secret code issued by the company. If this proof is not provided, the member’s status will automatically change to Regular Member.

If you cancel your membership, you have 45 days to redeem the Points you have earned. After this date, they will be deleted.
