First, create an account on the NordVPN website. Then choose your subscription and install the application on the device of your choice. For Apple computers, you can either download the software from the NordVPN website, or download the application directly via the App Store.
Once the software has been launched, click on Log in. Your browser will open with a window for you to enter your login details. You will then be automatically redirected to the application.
In the left-hand sidebar, you’ll find the list of countries available for connection. To select a particular city or region, hover over the country line and click on the three small dots to the right. A menu will then open with server options.
In the Servers tab, you’ll see a detailed list of available servers. You can select a particular one if you wish.
Finally, you can also simply click on Quick connect. NordVPN will then assign you the best server based on your current location.
Alternatively, you can connect to a server located in another country simply by clicking on the desired country in the menu or on the map.
And there you have it! You are now connected to a secure server, and your data will remain protected while you browse.
To disconnect, click on Disconnect in the top right-hand corner of the window.
