Voting Terms – Milesopedia Community Choices 2026

PURPOSE OF THE VOTE

The Milesopedia Community Choice Awards 2026 (hereinafter the “Vote”) is organized by Les Services Milesopedia Inc. (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

The purpose of this Vote is to give a voice to consumers and highlight the most appreciated financial products in Canada, based on the real experiences of the Milesopedia community members.

This Vote allows the community to choose:

  • The preferred credit cards in three categories: Travel, Cash Back, and Business.

  • The preferred rewards programs among the 4 categories: Airline, Hotel, Banking, and Cash Back.

This initiative is part of Milesopedia’s mission to help consumers make informed decisions, better understand loyalty programs, and maximize the value of their rewards.


VOTING PERIOD

The Vote will take place from November 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM (ET) to December 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ET) (hereinafter referred to as the “Period”).

The official results will be published in January 2026 on the milesopedia.com website, shared through the Milesopedia newsletter, and announced via a press release.


ELIGIBILITY

The Vote is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

Milesopedia employees, collaborators, and direct partners, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible.

This Vote is in no way associated with or sponsored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other platform.


VOTING MECHANICS

  • Centralized Tool: The Vote is hosted on the Typeform platform, accessible via the Milesopedia website and official social media channels, and available at the following address: https://milesopedia.typeform.com/EN-vote-2026

  • No purchase required: Participation is free and open to anyone eligible.

  • Registration: Participants must complete the voting form and select their favourite cards and programs from the options provided.

The survey is anonymous and takes less than 5 minutes.


CARD AND PROGRAM PRE-SELECTION

For this 2026 edition, Milesopedia conducted a rigorous pre-selection of eligible products to simplify the voting experience and ensure the representativeness of the results.

The selections include:

  • 30 Travel credit cards

  • 36 Cash Back credit cards

  • 28 Business credit cards

These products were selected based on objective criteria, including:

  • Their popularity and actual usage among the Canadian consumers;

  • The value and relevance of their benefits;

  • Their national availability and consumer appeal.

This approach aims to guide consumers towards the most recognized and high-performing products on the market, while maintaining a balanced representation of Canada’s major financial institutions.


OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE

The Milesopedia Community Choice Vote have no promotional intent: it is an independent opinion barometer that reflects consumer perception and satisfaction.

The results serve to:

  • Identify the most appreciated financial products and rewards programs in Canada;

  • Better understand the trends and expectations of credit card holders;

  • Provide the media and financial institutions with a trusted benchmark rooted in the public’s voice.


RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

The winning products will be announced in January 2026 on milesopedia.com and relayed via:

Each winner will be presented with an informative summary outlining its main benefits and the reasons behind its popularity among the public.


DATA AND PRIVACY

Data collected through the Vote will be used solely for statistical and communication purposes.
No personal identifying information will be published.

Participants can unsubscribe from Milesopedia communications at any time using the link provided in each email.


TRANSPARENCY

Anyone wishing to obtain detailed results may write to information@milesopedia.com between January 8 and January 31, 2026.
