In the heart of the prized private community of Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, St. Regis is preparing to make its debut, marking a first in the region.

The 200-room resort will feature a private beach, direct access to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada golf course, as well as seven pools and seven dining options overseen by executive chef Diego Muñoz.

The Riviera Maya Edition at Kanai

In Riviera Maya, Mexico, The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai will open in February in the heart of a 620-acre nature reserve.

This luxurious establishment will feature a lagoon-style swimming pool, a beach club with a private pool, and two restaurants run by Mexican chefs.

In New York, the iconic Waldorf Astoria, closed since 2017, will reopen this year with art deco architecture preserved by designer Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The renovated 375-room resort will offer some of the largest accommodations in Manhattan, with a 30,000+ sq. ft. spa and signature restaurant.

Rosewood Amsterdam

Rosewood Amsterdam, the brand’s first hotel in the Netherlands, will open in 2024. It will have 134 rooms, many with canal views.

Housed in the former Palace of Justice from 1665, with a significant architectural, historical and social history, the hotel will be ideally located close to Amsterdam’s main attractions.

In Paris, theHôtel Balzac is currently undergoing a complete transformation. Scheduled to open in June 2024, the hotel will feature warm, subtle 1930s-inspired decor, as well as world-class facilities such as a Japanese spa and Pierre Gagnaire’s three-Michelin-star restaurant.

The 19th-century residence is just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.

In Okinawa, Japan, the long-awaited Rosewood Miyakojima is scheduled to open in late 2024. It will feature 55 villas with private pools and breathtaking sea views. Designed by Dutch studio Piet Boon, the complex will emphasize harmonious integration with local nature.
