Air France unveils its new lounge at Los Angeles airport

To the point On June 21, 2024, Air France will inaugurate an ultra-chic new lounge at Los Angeles International Airport.

Located in the Tom Bradley terminal, this new space will be right next to the boarding gates for the airline’s flights, Air France said in a press release. Passengers will discover French gastronomic delights, Clarins treatments and private areas according to their status.

Air France - Who can enjoy this refined lounge?

The 172-seat lounge will be open daily from 9 am to 11:30 pm. Air France’s La Première, Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers will have the privilege of relaxing there. But also eligible customers of KLM and SkyTeam partner airlines.

Passengers are sure to appreciate the refinement of this lounge. You’ll discover furniture by famous French designers, including Patrick Jouinou’s Ester high chairs.

Air France - French gastronomy in the spotlight

The dining area has been designed to resemble a Parisian brasserie, according to the airline, with an emphasis on local, seasonal produce.

On the menu: hot, cold, savoury, sweet and vegetarian dishes. You can enjoy monkfish Provençal, beef bourguignon and chicken Basquaise, among other dishes.

On-demand meals are also available, prepared in an open kitchen. It will be hard to resist pan-fried prawns or a cassoulet with duck confit.

When it comes to beverages, you’re sure to appreciate the bar with its high chairs and more intimate areas, with banquettes and armchairs.

Air France - Well-being with Clarins

What better way to pamper yourself than before boarding or during a connecting flight? A Clarins treatment area will welcome customers in two cabins, offering three facial treatments: “anti jet-lag”, “l’instant detox” and “focus regard”.

This space, for which reservations will be available on site, will be open from September 2024, every day from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. As for La Première customers, they will be able to book these treatments via their dedicated telephone line.

Air France - Benefits for La Première customers

La Première customers will enjoy certain privileges. In fact, they will be able to enjoy a private space, designed in the image of the La Première suite available on board, according to Air France.

Benefits include a unique catering offer and the chance to try an exclusive Clarins treatment.

Air France - Benefits for Flying Blue Ultimate customers

Customers with Flying Blue Ultimate status also enjoy certain advantages, including proximity to the catering area, wide seats and a comfortable work area, Air France mentioned.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, power and USB sockets near the seats, and showers.

Air France - Paris-Los Angeles flights in summer 2024

This summer, Air France will be offering up to 26 flights a week between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Los Angeles airport.

The airline has specified that 21 routes will be operated by Boeing 777-300 ER, equipped with La Première suites.

Finally, up to five flights a week between Los Angeles and Papeete will also be available.
