Aeroplan and Air Canada Partners

Air Canada is a member of Star Alliance, which is itself an alliance of several airlines. This enables Aeroplan members to travel and earn and/or redeem Aeroplan points with these airlines. There are more than fifty, including United Airlines, Virgin Airlines, SWISS, ANA, Austrian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, EGYPTAIR, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, TAP Air Portugal, and more.

Avios is the points currency associated with the British Airways Executive Club loyalty program.

British Airways is a member of Oneworld, an alliance of several airlines. This enables members to travel and accumulate and/or redeem Avios points with a number of airlines, including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Japan Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Fiji Airways and others.

Flying Blue

Flying Blue is the Air France and KLM frequent flyer program.

Air France and KLM are members of SkyTeam, which is an alliance of several airlines. Marriott Bonvoy

The Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program enables members to earn points when staying at over 9,000 Marriott hotels worldwide. These points can be redeemed for free nights, merchandise, gift cards, cruises, or by transferring them to other programs or to other members.

CIBC Aventura

The Aventura program is linked to CIBC.

It allows credit cardholders to earn Aventura points on purchases, which can then be redeemed for travel, merchandise, gift cards or even credit card cash back.

Everyday Shops

  • Journie Rewards with Ultramar, Pioneer, Fas Gas and Chevron (rebate of up to 10 cents per liter of gasoline by linking your Journie account with an eligible credit or debit card)

Moi Rewards Card With Metro

Metro’s MOI loyalty program allows members to earn points on their purchases at Metro, Première Moisson, Brunet, Super C and Jean Coutu. These points are then exchanged for discounts on your grocery bill.

  • moi RBC Visa Credit Card
    • Petro-Canada (3 cents off per liter of gasoline and 20% more Petro-Points and Avion points by linking your Petro-Points account to the moi RBC Visa Credit Card)
    • Simons (10% credit when paying for a Simons purchase with your credit card)

PC Optimum

The PC Optimum program is one of the most popular reward programs in Canada.

Members earn points when they shop at Loblaw chain stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Maxi, Loblaws, Provigo, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Valu-mart, Joe Fresh and more. Points accumulated in this way are exchanged for discounts on in-store products.

RBC Avion Rewards

The RBC Avion Rewards program allows Avion credit cardholders to earn points on their purchases. They can then redeem them for travel, merchandise or gift cards. Members also benefit from additional advantages such as access to exclusive events (like tickets to Taylor Swift concerts to be won) or free ski tickets.

  • Transfer to WestJet and Hudson’s Bay Rewards
  • Petro-Canada (3 cents off per liter of gasoline and 20% more Petro-Points and Avion points when you link your Petro-Points account to an RBC credit or debit card)
  • Rexall (5x Be Well points by linking your Rexall account to an RBC credit or debit card)
  • DoorDash (free DashPass subscription with an eligible RBC credit card)

BMO Rewards

BMO Rewards points can be used to purchase airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, Airbnb, all-inclusive packages, etc., booked with your BMO credit card at the travel agency or website of your choice. In addition, they can be used to make investments, purchase merchandise or be exchanged for account credits.

Scene+

The Scene+ program allows members to earn points by making purchases at partners and with credit cards linked to the program. These points can then be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including movie tickets, travel, meals or $10 cash back on groceries for every 1,000 points redeemed.
