The Accor HERA program is a gem to explore for those seeking premium benefits — such as free breakfast and upgrades — at certain Accor Group hotels without having to climb the ranks of its loyalty program, ALL — Accor Live Limitless. Unfortunately, access to this program is not as simple as booking online. You must book through an accredited travel agency. Here’s how.
Accor HERA allows travelers booking an Accor hotel through an eligible travel agency to obtain the following benefits:
It is important to note that even Diamond members, the most distinguished members of the All — Accor Live Limitless program, are not automatically eligible for free breakfast during their stays. This perk is only guaranteed on weekends worldwide or daily at properties in the Asia-Pacific region.
The complimentary breakfast included in stays booked via Accor HERA is therefore a significant advantage, even if you have Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status.
While not all Accor establishments have yet joined Accor HERA, some hotels from a few of the most prestigious chains, such as Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel, offer benefits to those who have booked through Accor HERA.
Here are the chains participating in Accor HERA:
Not all hotels within these brands participate in Accor HERA. Some brands, like Raffles and SO/, have relatively few participating establishments. However, many Fairmont, Pullman, and Sofitel hotels offer benefits through this program.
For a complete list of Accor HERA participating hotels, please contact your travel agent, who will be happy to inform you if the rate is available for your desired destination.
Individuals cannot book a stay through Accor HERA; it is necessary to go through a travel agency.
Fortunately, there are many travel agencies with access to the program located around the world, including in the United States, Canada, and France. Some are available online, while others require an in-person visit.
The preferential rates of the Accor HERA program are not systematically the most competitive on the market. Indeed, the rates are aligned with the standard rates displayed on the Accor website, thus excluding promotional offers and negotiated corporate rates. And for now, it is impossible to book a stay through Accor HERA with Reward points.
But even though Accor HERA prices are similar to those found on the Accor website, the monetary value of the benefits offered by the program, such as hotel credit and free breakfast, means that a reservation made through the program is more advantageous.
Accor HERA is not the only program that offers benefits and preferential rates for stays at Accor hotels. Virtuoso, a global network of travel agencies, is also able to offer significant benefits. However, to take advantage of the preferential rates offered by Virtuoso, you must also go through a travel agency.
To accumulate Reward points and accelerate your race to status, the fastest way is to get an Accor partner credit card.
In France, it is possible to transfer your Flying Blue Miles into Reward points through the Miles+Points program. 4,000 Flying Blue Miles equal 1,000 Reward points.
To maximize your Flying Blue Miles earnings, we recommend using Air France KLM American Express cards.
There are three Air France KLM American Express cards for individuals: the Silver card, the Gold card, and the Platinum card.
Air France KLM American Express cards offer different privileges, depending on the level selected. And rather than earning Points-Privilèges points like classic American Express cards, Air France KLM American Express cards allow their users to earn Flying Blue Miles.
In Canada, American Express Membership Rewards Points now transfer to ALL, at a rate of 2 Membership Rewards Points for 1 Reward point. American Express and Accor officially confirmed this partnership on July 22, 2026, and the transfer is expected to be active by the end of July 2026. Additionally, Flying Blue Miles transfer freely to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program at a 4-to-1 rate. The procedure for transferring Miles is detailed in this article. American Express Platinum CardMD holders will also automatically receive ALL Gold status later in 2026. For full details on this new partnership, consult our dedicated article.
Thus, by taking advantage of the excellent welcome offer from the Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard®, the 60,000 Flying Blue Miles offered can be converted into 15,000 Reward points from the ALL program.
Finally, it is also possible to accumulate points organically by:
Accor HERA proves to be a real asset for discerning travelers seeking affordable luxury. This program offers a range of exclusive benefits, such as complimentary breakfasts, hotel credits, and room upgrades, at some of the world’s most prestigious hotels. Although access to this program requires going through an accredited travel agency, the rewards are well worth the extra effort.
