To the point Exclusive to select travel agencies, Belmond Bellini Club is a program offering preferential rates and significant benefits.

Free breakfast, upgrades, early check-in and late check-out… All these advantages are offered to people booking through the Belmond Bellini Club, a preferential program reserved for certain travel agencies. We’ll explain how you can qualify.

Belmond is not the only hotel chain to offer a dedicated travel agency program. Several chains have their own exclusive programs, including Accor Step, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Hilton Impresario, Hyatt Privé, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, Marriott Stars & Luminous, Rosewood Elite and Shangri-La Luxury Circle.

Belmond Bellini Club - Program Benefits

By booking through a partner travel agency, guests wishing to stay at a Belmond hotel can enjoy an exceptional experience at the same or lower rate than a direct booking, as well as the following benefits:

  • Complimentary breakfast for two for the duration of your stay
  • Hotel credit worth USD 100 per room, USD 220 per suite
  • Room upgrade, upon check-in and subject to availability
  • Early arrival and late departure, subject to availability
  • Welcome gift, either a bottle of wine, a treat or something else
  • 500 USD credit for bookings of at least 2,500 USD for bookings over 5,000 USD
  • Personalized welcome
  • Free wifi

For trains and cruises, the benefits vary slightly:

  • Room upgrade, upon check-in and subject to availability
  • Complimentary breakfast for two for the duration of your stay
  • Hotel credit worth up to 100 USD per person
  • Welcome gift, either a bottle of wine, a treat or something else
  • 500 USD credit for bookings of at least 2,500 USD for bookings over 5,000 USD
  • Personalized welcome

Belmond Bellini Club - Participating Establishments

Belmond doesn’t just own hotels. The prestigious group has been operating the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express since 1982. It was only later that Belmond diversified to include paradise resorts such as Maroma on the Riviera Maya, Villa San Michele in the foothills of Florence, Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, as well as iconic hotels located near UNESCO World Heritage sites, such asHotel das Cataratas in Brazil’s Iguassu National Park.

All the group’s hotels, trains, cruises and safaris, participate in the Belmond Bellini Club.

Belmond Bellini Club Member Agencies

Reservations via the Belmond Bellini Club program cannot be made directly by individuals but through an accredited travel agency.

Contact your local travel agency to find out if it is a member of the program, as there are many agencies all over the world, from Canada to the U.S. to France.

Belmond Bellini Club - Eligible Rates

The rates available through Belmond Bellini Club are the same as those found on the hotel chain’s website. It is important to mention that Belmond offers only one fare, which includes :

  • Breakfast
  • A dedicated reception service
  • A laundering service

The cancellation policy is flexible; it is possible to cancel a booking of less than 25,000 euros free of charge seven days prior to arrival. For bookings over 25,000 euros, you’ll need to cancel 30 days before arrival.

How Can I Get the Best Deal at Belmond Hotels?

Unlike some hotel groups such as Marriott, Marriott Bonvoy, or Hyatt and World of Hyatt, Belmond has no loyalty program. The best way to obtain benefits at the group’s hotels, trains, and cruises is through the Belmond Bellini Club, or other travel agency networks, such as Virtuoso.

The American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program also offers benefits at certain Belmond hotels.

Membership in this program, available to American Express Platinum Card® holders in Canada or American Express Platinum Card® holders in France, offers benefits comparable to those of the Belmond Bellini Club, including early check-in, late check-out, upgrades based on availability, breakfast included and a minimum hotel credit of $100.

While booking through one of the three programs offers similar benefits, there are a few differences.

Bottom Line

Belmond is one of the world’s most luxurious hotel groups. Whether it’s a cruise, a safari, a hotel stay or a train getaway, each experience promises a real immersion… But an expensive one. With rates rarely under 300 euros per night, Belmond experiences don’t come cheap.

The best way to increase the value of your stay is to book through the Belmond Bellini Club, which entitles you to significant benefits.
