Four Seasons
To the point Four Seasons Preferred Partner is a program made available to travel agencies that allows them to offer benefits to travellers booking a Four Seasons hotel through them.

The Four Seasons Preferred Partner program is a must for travellers seeking exclusive benefits at the Canadian hotel chain’s prestigious establishments. By booking through an accredited travel agency, you can benefit from important privileges at Four Seasons hotels, such as free breakfast for two, generous hotel credits, and upgrades. Enticing, isn’t it? We’ll fill you in on the details.

Four Seasons is not the only hotel chain to offer a dedicated travel agency program. Several chains have their own exclusive programs, including Accor Step, Belmond Bellini Club, Hilton Impresario, Hyatt Privé, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, Marriott Stars & Luminous, Rosewood Elite and Shangri-La Luxury Circle.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner - Program Benefits

Four Seasons Preferred Partner allows travellers booking a Four Seasons hotel through an eligible travel agency to obtain the following benefits:

  • Complimentary breakfast for two for the duration of your stay
  • Hotel credit worth USD 100 per room, USD 200 per suite
  • Room upgrade, subject to availability at time of check-in

On occasion, the program also offers a third, fourth or fifth night free of charge at certain participating hotels. Contact your travel agency to inquire about current offers.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner - Participating Hotels

The Four Seasons Preferred Partner program includes all the chain’s hotels and resorts worldwide. This means that the exclusive benefits offered by this program, such as room upgrades, spa service credits and complimentary breakfasts, are available at every Four Seasons property, regardless of the type of room booked.

From the Côte d’Azur, with the sumptuous Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, toMauritius, with the earthly paradise that is the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, to the Maldives, where the Four Seasons Private Island Voavah at Baa Atoll is as its name suggests set on a private island, each Four Seasons location promises an unparalleled experience.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner Member Agencies

Individuals cannot book a stay directly through the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program. A travel agency must carry out the booking.

Fortunately for us, there are many accredited agencies worldwide, including in the USA, Canada and France. Some agencies offer online services, while others require in-person visits.

You should contact your local travel agency to find out if they can offer you the benefits of the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner - Eligible Rates

Unlike the preferential programs of other hotel groups, where the rates in effect are generally the standard rates, Four Seasons Preferred Partner stands out thanks to its flexible rates. In fact, the program’s benefits can generally be applied to any rate available on the Four Seasons site, whether it’s a promotional rate or not.

We recommend that you check the rates and room types available on the Four Seasons website before contacting your local travel agency and finalizing the booking.

How Can I Get the Best Deal at Four Seasons Hotels?

Four Seasons Preferred Partner is not the only program offering benefits and preferential rates when staying at Four Seasons hotels. Virtuoso, a worldwide network of travel agencies, can also offer significant benefits when booked through one of their agents.

The American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program offers benefits at over 2,200 establishments worldwide, including Four Seasons hotels.

How can you make the most of it? All you need is an American Express Platinum Card in Canada or an American Express Platinum Card in France. The benefits offered are similar to those of Four Seasons Preferred Partner, and include an upgrade subject to availability, breakfast included, a hotel credit of at least $100, as well as early check-in at noon and late check-out at 4 pm. This last benefit is particularly interesting, especially as it is not offered by the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner - Conclusion

Whether you’re dreaming of a romantic getaway in Paris, a relaxing stay on the beaches of Bali, or a cultural adventure in the heart of Tokyo, Four Seasons Preferred Partner opens the doors to a world of elegance and refinement, made possible through a multitude of personal touches.
