ALL Accor+ in Canada: Is the Subscription Worth US$255?

The ALL Accor+ Explorer membership fee rises from US$249 to US$255 per year on October 1, 2026 in Canada. Members who turn on auto-renewal by September 30, 2026 keep the current rate for their next membership year.

ALL Accor+ brings Accor’s paid subscriptions together under one global brand. Three tiers are on offer, plus a Brazilian version. The October 1, 2026 increase

Canada gets the steadiest increase of every market involved, at US$6 more per year, or 2.4%. Accor Plus publishes no separate Canadian price list: the country falls under the “Rest of the World” category, billed in US dollars.

According to the Accor Plus help centre, the increase applies to the Explorer tier only. The Voyager and ibis tiers, priced in euros, keep their current fee.

Keep the current rate one more year

Current members keep US$249 for their next membership year, on one condition: auto-renewal must be on by September 30, 2026, and stay on through the renewal payment date. You will find the setting in your membership account.

Turning auto-renewal off

The setting switches off as easily as it switches on, from your membership account. Accor Plus asks that you do it no later than 2 business days before your payment date. Past that point, the next year is charged.

Cancelling the membership itself stays possible at any time, in writing or by phone. After the first 10 business days, however, the fee already paid is not refunded, including for a change of mind.

What is ALL Accor+?

ALL Accor+ gathers Accor’s regional subscription programs under a single global brand, including Accor Plus in Asia-Pacific and ALL Signature in Brazil. It all plugs into the existing ALL Accor loyalty program, which remains free.

The ALL Accor+ subscription tiers

Every tier covers Accor’s portfolio of more than 4,500 hotels and its 30-odd brands. Only one, the Explorer tier, sells in US dollars from Canada.

ALL Accor+ Explorer (US$249/year)

Explorer is the most complete tier in the lineup, and the one whose Canadian price is published in US dollars. It costs US$249 per year, or 14,000 Reward points. Its benefits:

The free nights, dining discounts and Red Hot Rooms concentrate in Asia-Pacific and the UAE. As a result, this tier mostly serves travellers who pass through those regions regularly.

ALL Accor+ Voyager (€179/year)

Voyager applies its discount worldwide, with no regional concentration. Accor prices it at €179 per year, taxes included, or €14.92 monthly.

ALL Accor+ ibis (€99/year)

The ibis tier offers the most affordable entry point in the lineup, at €99 per year. It targets the group’s economy brands: ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget.

10 Status Nights: credited every year, which opens access to Silver status
Guaranteed room: up to 2 days before arrival

ALL Signature (Brazil)

ALL Signature stays limited to the Brazilian market. The formula deposits Reward points and Status points every month, on top of benefits with partners across South America. It therefore suits travellers based in the region.

Making the subscription pay off from Canada

The 15% discount alone covers the membership fee, provided you stay with Accor often enough. At the new US$255 rate, the threshold sits at US$1,700 in Accor stays per year. The free nights and dining discounts then stack on top of that.

The bill arrives in US dollars

One detail changes the maths for a Canadian subscriber: Accor Plus bills the Explorer tier in US dollars. Most Canadian credit cards therefore add a 2.5% foreign transaction fee. That pushes the real cost close to US$261, and the break-even point to about US$1,740 in stays.

Paying in points costs more

Accor accepts 14,000 Reward points instead of the fee. The option looks convenient, yet it costs you more: Reward points redeem at a fixed value, 1,000 points for €20 on any stay. Your 14,000 points are therefore worth €280 in hotel nights, more than the US$255 asked for the membership.

How it fits the ALL Accor program

The subscription complements the free loyalty program, it does not replace it. The Status Nights credited each year speed up your climb through the ALL Accor tiers. Here are the program thresholds:

For a current member planning to renew, the maths is simple: turning on auto-renewal before September 30, 2026 saves US$6, with nothing given up in return. The step takes a minute in your membership account.

For a new subscriber, the question is about the subscription itself rather than the date. Membership pays off if:

You spend US$1,700 or more: on Accor stays each year, which repays the fee through the 15% discount alone
You travel through Asia-Pacific: the free nights, Red Hot Rooms and 30% dining discount concentrate there
You want Gold status: the 30 Status Nights grant it immediately, without stacking up 30 real nights

An occasional Accor guest, on the other hand, does perfectly well with the free program, which already gives the member rate and points accrual. In that case, the subscription adds a fixed cost without enough in return.

Finally, the subscription makes the most sense when a promotion stacks on top of it. Until September 13, 2026, ALL Accor+ subscribers triple their Reward points on 2-night stays in Europe when they book the subscription rates, versus double for other members.
