This is an excellent welcome offer in Aeroplan points for this high-end Aeroplan credit card. Based on our valuation of Aeroplan points (2 cents per point), this welcome bonus corresponds to an approximate value of $2,000.
This welcome offer is divided into three parts.
First, you’ll earn 20,000 Aeroplan points for the first purchase you make with your TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Privilege* Credit Card. This is the fastest part of the offer: the 20,000 Aeroplan points will be credited to your Aeroplan account after your first statement, on which your first purchase will appear, is issued.
Second, you’ll earn 30,000 Aeroplan points after spending $12,000 within 180 days of opening the account. You have six months to achieve this goal. That’s an average of $1,250 in monthly purchases.
In 6 months, you will have earned 50,000 Aeroplan points.
Finally, to obtain an additional 50,000 Aeroplan points, two conditions must be met:
