First, you need to access your RBC Online Banking profile.

At the top of the page, click on Transfer.

You will be able to see the four transfer airlines partners. Click on Transfert Now.

Then, on the next page, choose the desired airline.
If there is a technical problem with the transfer, call 1-800-769-2512 or 1-888-769-2534 (for business cards).
Allow up to four weeks for RBC Avion points to be transferred to other airline program accounts.
