Aeroplan eStore: Boxing Week Event

Yes, this article is indeed from December 22, 2025, and you might be wondering… Boxing Week Event, before Christmas? Clearly, yes! But we’re not complaining, and this will certainly please those who haven’t finished their holiday shopping yet. To plan all your deal waves for the year, see our smart shopping guide.
Aeroplan has announced its Boxing event, which starts now on the eStore. Earn more points per dollar at Amazon, Breville, Clearly, Dell, Dynamite, Dyson, Sephora, and many other retailers.
Also enjoy reduced point redemption prices on items or gift cards from the eStore.
Collect More Points With the eStore
The most advantageous way to take advantage of these sales, in our opinion, is by earning more Aeroplan points via the eStore.
You can therefore earn up to 5x the points at your favorite retailers until December 31, 2025.

Is it worth it?
This type of eStore promotions come up at key times of the year, such as back-to-school or the week of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. So it can be beneficial to set your strategy and take advantage of these times to do your online shopping blitzes, as long as they are things you really need.
Furthermore, by paying for your purchases with an Aeroplan credit card, you can earn up to 1.25 Aeroplan points per dollar spent in addition to the points multiplier offered via the eStore. If you have Aeroplan Elite status, you will also receive 2 additional points per dollar spent.
Redeem Points
Until January 11, 2026, Aeroplan is also offering an early Boxing week event to offer reduced point redemption prices in the eStore to save:
- Up to 25% in points on certain items such as an Apple iPad, a Samsung smart TV, or a De Longhi espresso machine from the eStore;
- 10% in points on the 10 most popular gift cards of 2025:

Is it worth it?
Using Aeroplan points for eStore items is never the optimal way to redeem your points, even at a discounted price. Based on our estimate, we value one Aeroplan point at approximately 2 cents. The best way to get the most value per Aeroplan point is generally to redeem them for flights.
As for gift cards, don’t forget that this tip allows you to accumulate a lot of points when buying gift cards.
Then it’s up to you to see if the merchandise requiring fewer points is exactly what you wanted to buy. Do the math to see if the Aeroplan point value is satisfactory, or if you would prefer to buy the same item online elsewhere, accumulating more points.
Bottom Line
Whether for your last-minute gifts or your planned purchases for the Boxing week, it is advantageous to go through the Aeroplan eStore. If your strategy is to earn points, you can multiply those earnings on your purchases and take advantage of online sales offered by retailers.
If you prefer to redeem your points for gift cards or items from the eStore, you will be able to take advantage of better prices. This will not necessarily be the optimal use of your Aeroplan points, but sometimes, when our expenses are higher than expected, it can be very beneficial for our budget.
If you pay in cash, don’t forget to use your Aeroplan credit card to collect even more points! And before the year ends, read our guide on how to end the year well with your points.
