Porter: New Destinations and Flight Schedule 2026-2027

This Porter new-destinations tracker brings together winter 2026-2027 sun flights, Canadian routes and the Montreal-MET launch. The latest incorporated flight announcement is dated November 5, 2026. Frequencies from previous seasons are identified as historical.
This winter, Porter gives you more than 40 sun routes from six Canadian airports, including Aruba, Los Cabos, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Turks and Caicos. The airline plans nearly 5,000 flights south, over 150% more than last year, and you can book many of them with VIPorter points. Since May 1, Porter also flies Ottawa to Windsor and Sudbury every day.

Since May 1, 2026, Porter Airlines has operated daily non-stop service between Ottawa (YOW) and Windsor (YQG), as well as between Ottawa and Sudbury (YSB). These two routes are exclusively offered by Porter.
The airline’s growing presence at YOW means travelers can now easily access a wide range of destinations from the national capital: Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, St. John’s, Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, and Charlottetown, as well as connections to the United States and Mexico. This summer, Porter will operate more flights from Ottawa than any other carrier.
| Itinerary | Departure | Arrival |
|---|---|---|
| Ottawa → Windsor | 2:00 PM | 3:46 PM |
| Windsor → Ottawa | 4:30 PM | 6:10 PM |
| Ottawa → Sudbury | 2:25 PM | 3:30 PM |
| Sudbury → Ottawa | 4:10 PM | 5:15 PM |
"The launch of service to Windsor and Sudbury is the next step in making Ottawa an even more important hub for Porter. Travelers have non-stop access to the national capital and a growing number of connecting flights across the country." Andrew Pierce, Vice President, Network Planning and Reporting, Porter Airlines
The arrival of the new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft in Porter’s fleet opens the door to longer routes. As a result, the airline is adding five new destinations to its winter network:
These additions complement existing service to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Nassau, Grand Cayman, and Liberia. Furthermore, Porter becomes the only airline to offer flights to Aruba, Los Cabos and Turks and Caicos from Ottawa, as well as to Montego Bay from Hamilton.
