^† Bank Offer: This offer is provided by Tangerine Bank and is subject to their terms and conditions.

^† Bank Offer: This offer is provided by Tangerine Bank and is subject to their terms and conditions.

1 Offer description and terms and conditions: The 5% cash back offer and 0.99% introductory rate on balance transfers (the “Offer”) apply only to new Scotia Momentum Visa Card accounts with no annual fee (the “Accounts”) opened between July 2, 2026 and November 1, 2026 (regardless of when you apply for the Account), subject to the terms and conditions set out below. All other program terms and conditions continue to apply during the Offer period. The Offer may be changed, cancelled or extended at any time, without notice, and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Terms and conditions of the 5% cash back offer: You will receive 5% cash back on the first $2,000 in eligible purchases charged to your new Account during the three months following the date it is opened (the “Promotional Period”). Eligible purchases are purchases, less refunds, returns and any other similar credits, and exclude payments, cash advances (including balance transfers and quasi-cash transactions), interest charges, as well as card fees and other fees. After the Promotional Period, you will earn the regular cash back on your eligible purchases at the regular rate (the “Program Cash Back Rate”) described in the terms and conditions of the Scotia Momentum Visa Card with no annual fee cash back program (the “Program Terms”). The 5% cash back rate for each category is the sum of the regular Program Cash Back Rate (different for each category, as per the Program Terms) and the “Bonus Cash Back Rate” which varies during the regular program cash back rate (the “Cash Back Rate”).

The cash back earned under this offer will be credited to your account, provided it is open and in good standing on the date the cash back is paid.
1. Bonus Cash Back Rate: Cash back earned at the Bonus Cash Back Rate may be posted to your account approximately 5 months after the date it is opened or otherwise in accordance with the program terms.
Regular Cash Back Rate: Cash back earned at the regular Program Cash Back Rate can be used as described in the program cash back.
EXAMPLE: If the regular Program Cash Back Rate for grocery purchases and recurring payments is 1%, the Bonus Cash Back Rate will then be 4% for this category of purchases, so that all eligible everyday purchases in this category will qualify for a total cash back of 5% during the promotional period, on the first $2,000 of purchases. If you make eligible everyday grocery purchases and recurring payments totaling $2,000, the cash back credited to your account for this category will be calculated as follows:
(1) a Bonus Cash Back of $80 (4% x $2,000), posted as an adjustment on your statement, and (2) the regular Cash Back of $20 (1% x $2,000), which will appear on your monthly statements as earned cash back.

All other program terms continue to apply during the Offer period.

Description and terms and conditions of the 0.99% introductory rate offer on balance transfers: The 0.99% introductory interest rate offer on balance transfers (the “Rate Offer”) applies only to eligible cash advances (including balance transfers and quasi-cash transactions, collectively referred to as “cash advances”), subject to the terms and conditions below. This introductory rate applies for nine months from that date (the “Promotional Period”). After the Promotional Period, the interest rate on cash advances subject to the 0.99% promotional rate (including any balance of those cash advances that remains unpaid at the end of the Promotional Period) will increase to the preferred interest rate applicable to cash advances (currently 22.99%). A fee equal to 2% of the amount of any cash advance made during the Promotional Period applies (minimum fee of $5.00).

The Offer is subject to any cash advance limit on your Account. This Offer is also based on your approved credit limit on the date of this Offer. This means that if the sum of transferred balances exceeds the approved credit limit, balance transfers may not be processed. This Offer cannot be used to transfer a balance from another Scotiabank account, nor to make a payment or deposit to another Scotiabank account.

Cancellation of Promotional Rate: If we do not receive your minimum payment by its due date indicated on your statement for two consecutive times, you will lose the benefits of this special rate offer and your interest rates will revert to the annual rates normally applicable to your Account (currently 25.99% for purchases and 27.99% for cash advances). All other program terms continue to apply during the Offer period.

Application of Payments: For residents of Quebec: In general, if one or more interest rates apply to your Account, we apply payments according to the interest rate(s) applicable to the transactions posted to your Account (from highest to lowest rate). For residents outside Quebec: In general, if you make a payment greater than the minimum amount shown on your statement, the difference is applied proportionally to the different groups of charges billed to your Account. Charges are grouped based on the interest rate applicable to them. Your payment cannot be applied to the balance of your choice. Consult your credit card agreement for more information on how payments are applied to your Account.

Eligibility and exclusions: You cannot take advantage of the Offer if you are currently a primary or secondary cardholder of a Scotiabank personal credit card or if you have been one in the past two years, including if you transfer your balance from an existing Scotiabank personal credit card account (and subject to the exclusions mentioned, persons holding a Scotiabank business credit card are eligible for this offer). By accepting this Offer, you confirm that you meet all eligibility conditions. We reserve the right to revoke this Offer at any time if we believe you do not meet the eligibility conditions, including after its acceptance or obtaining the Account.

Rates and fees: There is currently no annual fee for the primary card and additional cards (including those issued for joint account holders and additional cardholders).
The preferred annual interest rates currently applicable to the account are as follows: 20.99% on purchases and 22.99% on cash advances. All rates, fees, features and benefits, which are described in the application disclosure, are subject to change.
