As of August 2021, eligible Chase U.S. credit cards can now transfer Ultimate Rewards points to their Aeroplan account. The transfer will be done in increments of 1,000 at a full 1:1 value.

Chase is the largest co-brand card issuer in the United States. With today’s announcement, it is offering its customers a new option for using points.

Three US credit cards will be able to make these transfers:

  • Chase Sapphire Preferred Card
  • Chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card
  • Ink Business Preferred Credit Card

New Aeroplan Credit Card From Chase

Chase and Air Canada are also announcing an exclusive waiting list bonus for the U.S. Aeroplan credit card , which will launch in early December. This is the Chase Aeroplan® Card.

Chase will be the exclusive issuer of this new U.S. Aeroplan credit card. In the meantime, consumers can sign up for a waiting list to be among the first to know about the launch.

For example, if you are on this list, you will be eligible to get:

  • 10,000 Aeroplan points
  • Ten eUpgrades credits

This is in addition to the future launch offer, upon approval of the card .

You have until November 08, 2021 to join the waiting list. Then, your card application must be approved by February 15, 2022, in order to receive this offer.

If you’re already on the waiting list, you’ll also receive these ten eUpgrades credits.
