Harbour Air Business: Up to 10% Back in Credits, Plus Aeroplan Points, for B.C. Small Businesses

On May 12, 2026, Harbour Air launched Harbour Air Connect, a corporate travel program for British Columbia businesses. Its centrepiece, Harbour Air Business, is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises: signup is free and self-serve. On every eligible flight, the business earns Business Credits worth 3% to 10% of the base fare. Travellers, for their part, earn Harbour Air Club credits and Aeroplan points.
For a small business that often sends staff between Vancouver and Victoria by seaplane, that is three rewards on the same ticket. The details come from the Harbour Air news release, the Harbour Air Connect page and the Harbour Air Business program page.
Harbour Air Connect brings together two corporate travel programs:
Both give access to Harbour Air's network: up to 200 daily flights, including Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo, Whistler and Seattle. The May news release mentioned 15 destinations; as of November 2026, the program page lists 13.
From day one, every eligible flight booked through the company account earns three things:
All three accrue automatically on every booking, according to Harbour Air. The number of Aeroplan points depends on the fare purchased: we break down that earning chart in our article on redeeming Aeroplan points on Harbour Air.
The credit rate rises with the company's annual travel spend. Here are the tiers published on the program page:
| Tier | Credit on base fare | Annual travel spend required | Added benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 3% | None (from signup) | Business Credits, Harbour Air Club credits, Aeroplan points on eligible flights, weather rebooking priority, portal, tier progress dashboard and reports |
| Tier 2 | 6% | $5,000 per year | Tier 1 benefits, 1 free name change per booking, tactical offers and promotions |
| Tier 3 | 10% | $15,000 per year | Tier 2 benefits, unlimited free name changes, priority boarding, dedicated account manager pathway |
Beyond rewards, Harbour Air Business gives management tools to companies that don't have a travel department:
According to Harbour Air, the account is live as soon as signup is complete, which takes about two minutes. You can add travellers at any time.
"Harbour Air Business is about making sure every business, regardless of size, has access to a corporate travel program that actually works for them," said Chris Fordyce, Chief Commercial Officer at Harbour Air
The program is open to businesses registered and operating in British Columbia, including sole traders, partnerships and corporations. Travel agencies, ticket brokerages, air fare consolidators and government entities are not eligible. Neither are businesses that already have a bespoke corporate incentive or discount agreement with Harbour Air.
A small business based in Quebec or Ontario therefore can't join, even if its employees often fly on the West Coast. Its travellers can still earn Aeroplan points on eligible Harbour Air tickets.
For a B.C. small business that regularly sends people between Vancouver and Victoria, signup is free and comes with no commitment, so there is little reason to skip it. Tier 1 already returns 3% of the base fare in credits. From $5,000 in annual spend, the credit doubles to 6%.
The real upside is stacking. The company keeps its credits, and the employee earns their own Aeroplan points. If the ticket is paid with an Aeroplan business credit card, a fourth layer of rewards comes on top. Harbour Air Business is a self-serve corporate travel program launched by Harbour Air on May 12, 2026. It is part of Harbour Air Connect and is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in British Columbia. Signup is free, with no minimum spend. Every eligible flight earns Business Credits for the company, plus Harbour Air Club credits and Aeroplan points for the traveller.
The credit ranges from 3% of the base fare at signup to 10% at the top tier, reached from $15,000 in annual travel spend. The middle tier starts at $5,000 per year. Credits are redeemable on all Harbour Air fare classes. They are calculated on the base fare, not on the total price with taxes and fees. The tier table above details the benefits.
Yes. According to Harbour Air, Aeroplan points accrue on eligible flights booked through the account, on top of Business Credits and Harbour Air Club credits. The number of points depends on the fare purchased. You can then use those points to book Harbour Air flights as Aeroplan rewards, as we explain in our article on Harbour Air and Aeroplan.
Any business registered and operating in British Columbia can join, including sole traders and partnerships. Travel agencies, ticket brokerages, air fare consolidators and government entities are excluded. So are businesses that already have a bespoke agreement with Harbour Air. A business from another province can't join.
Harbour Air Business is a self-serve, no-commitment program designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Harbour Air Corporate targets larger organizations with high travel volume: it offers negotiated pricing, dedicated reporting and an account manager. You join by contacting Harbour Air's sales team.
