Le décor du restaurant Sabayon
To the point On November 4, 2024 in Toronto, Air Canada unveiled its Top 10 Best New Canadian Restaurants for 2024. Montreal restaurant Sabayon took first place.

The 10 Best New Restaurants for 2024 were selected by culinary journalist and author Tara O’Brady.

Montreal’s Sabayon restaurant topped this prestigious list. Pastry chef Patrice Demers and sommelier Marie-Josée Beaudoin are the proud owners of this 14-seat establishment.

Don’t hesitate to come and taste their signature dish, designated dish of the year, featuring grilled oyster mushrooms on mashed potatoes, with a caramelized Arlette wafer and a cloud of sabayon sauce.
