In the fall, Mont-Tremblant mountain offers a breathtaking showcase of the magnificent Laurentian colors. Two Marriott hotels are located in the Tremblant pedestrian village:
This article covers the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle. You can refer to this other article for The Westin Resort & Spa, Tremblant, Quebec.
The Residence Inn chain dates back to the mid 1970s. Residence Inns use the slogan ” It’s not a room. It’s a Residence”. This clearly positions them for longer stays (Longer stays category at Bonvoy). Usually, the rooms are larger to accommodate a full kitchenette area and are also designed in a “Suite” style. These hotels also very often have an on-site pool.
I particularly appreciate the Residence Inn chain of the Marriott Bonvoy Group for the following reasons:
This is the case with the Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle.
Hotel details (Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle)
The Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle is located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and right in the heart of the Mont Tremblant village.
All surrounding activities are therefore accessible on foot.
We are in a pedestrian village environment at the foot of the magnificent Mont-Tremblant. Options are numerous, ranging from mountain hiking, cycling, golf, spa, skiing… depending on the season. The village also offers very diverse shopping and dining options.
As for us, we did a big hiking loop of 13 km from the foot of the mountain to its summit and back. The colours are breathtaking and the trail options are endless.
The only thing we don’t like is the proximity of the Circuit Mont-Tremblant. Furthermore, during our weekend, the 2020 Fall Classic was taking place. We could hear the continuous buzzing of these bolides, like a swarm of big bumblebees impossible to chase. In a bucolic setting, this auditory manifestation of human presence can be annoying and deprive one of a complete connection with Mother Nature…

We also took advantage of the nearby dining options to satisfy both our gastronomic and epicurean desires.
Of course, I also took advantage of the sunrise to go for a solo jog and complete a 12K run full of climbs and descents. I love that morning exhilaration in the heart of nature, especially on beautiful autumn mornings.
The main lobby is very welcoming and warm with its central natural gas fireplace flanked by two armchairs and a beautiful table made from a tree trunk. On the right, there are two other armchairs accompanied by mini-tables, which are also very stylish and sculpted directly from a tree trunk.
A business center is also located in the lobby, as well as The Market offering the usual provisions.
The reception desk, meanwhile, is located to the left of the entrance hall. Having confirmed our check-in through chat, we were almost immediately recognized by the staff.
The hotel has 5 types of rooms:
Our room was a 1 bedroom suite: 2 double beds, sofa bed, fireplace, terrace. We had room 104 located on the ground floor of the hotel.
The Suite is quite large (59 m2) and the space division is very pleasant. Upon entering, we have the kitchenette area on the right, followed by a dining area and then the lounge with a fireplace in front of us. On the left, we find the bathroom, and then towards the back left, the bedroom.
The maximum occupancy of the Suite is 6 people (2 double beds and a sofa bed) which can be a great advantage for families.
The kitchenette area includes:
The workspace for preparing meals is relatively large, and a raised side counter even allows for meals or a drink on the other side of the kitchenette area. The overall look of the space is rather modern and it feels like a full apartment kitchen as everything is very functional, sufficiently airy, and uncluttered.
The dining area as well as the lounge are covered with a dark marbled carpet. There is a round table and 4 comfortable dining chairs. The furniture and lighting are made of materials that imitate wood. This is a general theme in the suite, with the wood style giving a “chalet” look.
In the absence of a desk in the suite, the dining table can serve as a workspace.
The lounge, an extension of the dining room, features a large leather sofa bed equipped with a nesting table that can slide under the sofa. A coffee table also allows for placing food, reading materials, or other items. An armchair is also available, thus expanding the relaxation options.
The lounge features a wood-burning fireplace. It operates with ecological logs sold at the reception. Over the foyer is a 32-inch LCD SmartTV.
A beautiful large window that can be opened and a glass door providing access to the terrace provide beautiful natural lighting to the lounge. Moreover, being on the ground floor and at the back of the hotel, we have a huge conifer just outside that adds a “in the woods” touch to the lounge atmosphere.
The bedroom is a closed room. This is something we particularly appreciate because some people prefer to go to bed or get up at different times. Thus, it is entirely possible for everyone to go about their business while letting others (children or spouse) sleep.
Furthermore, in this case, the bathroom is located at an angle to the bedroom and dining room. The two rooms are connected directly through a door to the bathroom. Ideal to guarantee maximum sound or light insulation to those in the room.
Our room has two double beds. The darker colored walls here invite rest. The floor is covered with the same carpet as the lounge and dining room. The decoration evokes nature, with enlarged reproductions of a herbarium. A large window along the outside terrace provides natural light.
The bedside furniture incorporates both conventional electrical outlets and the USB ports so useful in our time.
A three-drawer unit, placed facing the beds (between the two, actually), houses a 32-inch SmartTV with an LCD screen.
A wardrobe closet completes the storage space. The iron and ironing board are in this closet.
The bathroom has a standard toilet, a sink with a small countertop, a mirror and a bath-shower.
The visual signature of the bathroom is sober and matched to the general style of the room (herbarium prints, leaves, forest…).
Unlike some hotels that subscribe to the ecological approach regarding beauty product containers (shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap), here we find individual containers…
As mentioned above, the bathroom offers 2 doors, one providing access to the bedroom while the other provides access to the dining room.
Since the Suite is located on the ground floor, the outdoor space is a terrace rather than a balcony. The space is not fenced and is accessible to all. You either like it or you don’t. Personally we liked it because the terrace gives a feeling of unconfined space. Plus, when I got back from my morning run, I was able to enter the suite directly from outside without going through the reception.
Thisi is a very beautiful and large Suite. It can accommodate up to 6 people, and you can cook full meals. The general atmosphere evokes nature, relaxation and conviviality. It also allows for nice privacy between occupants according to each person’s schedule. We also very much appreciated the terrace because, although less private, it provides a feeling of being out in nature. We would have liked to stay there… a few more nights!
A large underground parking lot is available for a fee. In addition, two charging stations for electric cars are also available.
As in most Residence Inn hotels, breakfast is included in the rate. During our most recent stay, it was offered as a self-service buffet, simple but perfectly adequate to start the day right.
It features North American breakfast classics: cereals, breads, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese, and yogurt, as well as juices and coffee. Nothing particularly memorable, but the offering is complete and practical, especially for a hotel oriented toward multi-day stays.
The restaurant located next to the hotel is Lucille’s Mont-Tremblant. The establishment does not belong directly to the hotel, but it is adjacent to the building, making it very easy to access for Residence Inn guests.
The restaurant offers a large outdoor terrace as well as a lively interior that seems to offer a great atmosphere. We did not eat there during this stay, however, but the place appears popular and is clearly a practical option just steps from the hotel.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 2 whirlpools. However, at the time of our visit in September, they were all already winterized. The water features are, however, annexed to a lovely outdoor fire pit area.
The hotel has a fitness room.
The hotel offers 267 m² of event space, ideal for a conference, business meeting, reception or wedding.
We had requested and obtained a late check-out for this stay. The check-out process is always very simple with Bonvoy and we have the option of receiving a copy of the invoice by email.
The Residence Inn Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle is a very beautiful hotel located in the heart of the Tremblant pedestrian village. This is a Residence Inn which is true to the brand, with its beautiful and large full kitchette area. Our suite was very pleasant and very well divided. We enjoyed being able to access the mountain directly from our hotel, as well as all the village facilities on foot.
