Flights departing from Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport earn 3X the Aeroplan bonus points, bookable until September 30, 2026. It is the last Air Canada bonus points offer still open, on routes to New York, Boston, Washington and Chicago, for travel until December 31, 2026.
The bonus is automatically applied when you purchase an eligible ticket, with no registration. It applies to your base points and is added to everything you already earn elsewhere.

The bonus applies to your base points, calculated on the base fare and carrier surcharges, excluding taxes and fees. You receive 1.5, 2 or 3 times that amount in bonus points depending on the route, whatever your own earning rate.
The official terms of the 3X offer put a number on it: a base fare and carrier surcharges of 500 CAD earning 500 base points bring 1,500 bonus points, for 2,000 points in total. At our valuation of 1.5 to 3 cents per Aeroplan point on a flight reward, those 1,500 points are worth 22 to 45 CAD.
The ratio holds on a pricier ticket: 1,000 CAD of base fare and carrier surcharges bring 3,000 bonus points at 3X, worth 45 to 90 CAD. The fare you pay decides, not the distance you fly.
Beyond the promotion, the card used to pay for the ticket changes the equation significantly. The Aeroplan®* American Express® Reserve Card, for example, earns 3 points per dollar spent with Air Canada, which add to the offer’s bonus points and your base points.
